Nursing
Our professional and licensed RN’s and LPN’s are responsible for planning, developing and implementing nursing services for clients, creating and implementing treatment plans and administering medication to clients.
Nursing Assistant
Assists clients with activities of daily living, provides basic nursing procedures all under the supervision of our RN and LPN
Activities Director
Planning a comprehensive program of therapeutic activities, tailored to the needs and limitations of frail elderly and mentally and physically disabled individuals.
Our Activity Directors are experienced in dealing with and relating to frail elderly and mentally/physically handicapped individuals.
Activities Assistant
Assists clients with activities of daily living and activity participation, as well as in the planning and implementation of a comprehensive program of therapeutic activities, tailored to the needs of frail elderly, mentally and physically disabled individuals
Social Worker
Our certified social workers are responsible for direct counseling, crises intervention, resident assessment, care planning, family outreach and coordinating their treatment plans with other community resources.
Dietary
Performs a variety of skilled tasks such as preparation of meals and snacks, keeps the kitchen and all equipment clean and orderly
Driver
Our friendly drivers transport clients to and from the facility, provide transportation to appointments and daily outings and ensures that all the buses are serviced and maintained as needed and maintain accurate transportation logs.
Community Relations
Community relations personnel reach out to the local communities to make them aware of the services available to them and build relationships with primary care physicians and other health care entities to ensure quality care and well being of our clients.
